The National Chairman of the Institution directs all the affairs within and outside the institution. He is the Head of the Executive Committee Member.

The National Chairman presides at every Ordinary General Meeting, Annual General Meeting of the Institution. The National Chairman holds for a period of two years and is succeeded by the Deputy National Chairman. The Deputy National Chairman is elected every two years, who automatically becomes the Chairman after the expiration of the two-year tenure of the predecessor.

The National Executive Committee Member discussed and implement policy of the institution.The Executive Committee (EXCO) of the Institution is responsible for overseeing the management and administration of the affairs of the Institution. The EXCO is made up of the National Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Vice Chairmen, members who were elected by other members at the Annual General Meetings every year.

The Secretariat of the Institution is staffed by professionals with different skills and discipline. The Secretariat implements policies of the Institutions and the overall co-ordination of its activities. The Executive Secretary is the head of the Secretariat and oversees the day-to-day management of the Secretariat.
