ICEPT in Brief: ICEPT is an annual international convergence of experts and researchers since 2005, to showcase the outcomes of their work in any subdivision of Electrical/Electronic Engineering and other allied disciplines. The conference begins on the first day with the NIEEE marking World Standards Day, consisting of a seminar by speakers who are practitioners; Day 2 & 3 for conference technical activities and exhibitions (papers and competitors). The NIEEE uses the opportunity to hold its Annual general Meeting on Day 4.

August 30, 2023: Notification of Provisional Acceptance and Correction of Full papers.
September 15, 2023: Submission of Final Corrected paper.

GUIDELINES FOR TECHNICAL PAPER PRESENTATION
Experts and other interested persons are invited to submit papers for possible acceptance for the conference, based on the following conditions:
1. Language: The language of communication of the conference (Oral/Written) shall be ENGLISH.
2. Originality: Papers must be the original contribution or experience gathered in the course of work, study, research, or practice of authors that have not been published elsewhere so that the publication in our conference proceedings will not in anyway constitute a breach of any agreement or transgression of any law.
3. Length & Typesetting: 5,500 words(max) for manuscripts, should be double-spaced, 10 point Times Roman font on A4 size paper with 0.75 margin on each side and on top of all, but the first page. Spacing for the top of the first page should be 1.5 and 1.25 at the bottom with the 1.5 line spacing between paragraph indentations.
4. Content: The paper shall include 12 words (max) Title,200 words (max) Abstract; 6 words (max) keyword; Introduction explaining the problem, Previous Work, Purpose/Objective, and contribution of paper to knowledge; Results and Discussion.
5. Referencing shall be Harvard Referencing format.
6. Presentation/Discussions: Authors shall be required to submit ahead of the conference date and make 15 minutes PPT multimedia presentation of their paper during the conference.
7. Copyright: On acceptance of the technical paper, copyright must be transferred by the authors to NIEEE.
8. Publication: Authors are to note that only papers for which authors have registered and presented at the conference and are accepted by the assessors shall appear in the Conference proceedings.
