How to login, pay dues, register for conference, and manage applications

This guide helps members, applicants, and conference participants use the correct NIEEE portal and complete payments safely.

Before You Login As A Member

  • If you do not know your membership number, first check the Membership Directory.
  • Your membership number must start with a letter followed by five digits, for example M01237.
  • If your membership number is not in this format, you may not be able to login. Please contact NIEEE admin to update your membership number.
  • If you have forgotten your password, open the Member Login page and click Forgot Password.

How Registered Members Pay Dues

  1. Go to the Registered Members Portal.
  2. Login with your membership number and password.
  3. Open Financial Status.
  4. Review your total billed, total paid, wallet balance, and outstanding amount.
  5. Click Make Payment for Outstanding Bills.
  6. Select or unselect bills as needed, then review the payment summary.
  7. Click Pay Via Paystack and complete payment.
  8. After payment, open Payment History to print receipt or requery pending payment.

How Members Register For Conference

  1. Login through the Registered Members Portal.
  2. Open Conference Registration.
  3. Select the attendance category where applicable.
  4. The system applies the current conference fee automatically.
  5. Review attendance category, amount, Paystack fee, and total.
  6. Click Pay Via Paystack.
  7. After successful payment, print your receipt and download conference materials if available.

How Prospective Members Pay Application Fee

  1. Create an account from Apply for Membership.
  2. Login through the Membership Applicant Login.
  3. Open Application Fee.
  4. Confirm your applicant name and email.
  5. Review application fee, Paystack fee, and total amount.
  6. Click Pay Via Paystack.
  7. After successful payment, continue to complete your profile, referees, and application submission.

How Fellowship Applicants Pay Fees

  1. Create an account from Apply for Fellowship.
  2. Login through the Fellowship Applicant Login.
  3. Open Application Fee and complete payment.
  4. Fill all fellowship application sections and submit for review.
  5. After approval, open Induction Fee.
  6. Upload required ICEPT attendance evidence where applicable.
  7. Review the fee breakdown and click Pay Via Paystack.

How Non-Members Register For Conference

  1. Open Non-Member Conference Registration.
  2. Enter your first name, last name, email, phone number, country, organization, and attendance details.
  3. Complete the captcha verification.
  4. Review the conference fee and Paystack charges.
  5. Click Pay Via Paystack.
  6. Use the payment history section to requery, continue payment, or print receipt.

Pending Payments And Receipts

  • If payment is pending, do not immediately create multiple payments.
  • Go to Payment History in the relevant portal.
  • Click Requery to confirm payment status.
  • If payment was not completed, click Complete Transaction.
  • For successful payments, click Print Receipt.
  • If your account was debited but the portal still shows pending, contact NIEEE with your name, email, payment reference, payment date, and amount paid.
